Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-13
By creating an account or using LionFuscator (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) at lionfuscator.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
LionFuscator transforms Lua / Luau source code into an obfuscated, functionally equivalent form intended for Roblox and other Luau runtimes. The Service parses and rewrites uploaded text - it never executes the uploaded script.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf. Accounts we identify as belonging to children under 13 will be removed.
3. Acceptable use
You may only submit code that you own or have the right to modify. You may not use the Service to:
- Obfuscate malware, backdoors, credential stealers, remote-access trojans, keyloggers, ransomware, or any code designed to harm systems or their users.
- Bypass anti-cheat, moderation, safety, or age-verification systems on any platform (including Roblox) in violation of that platform’s terms of service.
- Facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, in-game currency theft, or the theft of user data.
- Obfuscate or distribute copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to modify.
- Attempt to overload, probe, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the Service beyond what is necessary to use it as intended.
- Share, resell, or sublicense your account or API keys.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, and cooperate with law-enforcement or platform operators when warranted.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (TOTP) if the account carries paid credits or API keys. Report suspected compromise immediately to [email protected].
5. Payments, credits, and refunds
Paid plans and one-time credit purchases are billed through Stripe and, where available, Coinbase Commerce for crypto. Subscription plans refill their credit allotment on a rolling 30-day window. One-time Now credits do not refill.
Credits are consumed only on a successful, validated build; a validation failure does not spend a credit.
Refunds for subscriptions are considered case-by-case for demonstrable Service faults; one-time Now purchases and consumed credits are non-refundable. Contact [email protected] with your job ID and the issue. Chargebacks issued without contacting us first may result in account termination.
6. Availability
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. When the Service is unavailable, subscriptions are not automatically extended.
7. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Obfuscation is not perfect security - determined attackers may still reverse-engineer protected output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LionFuscator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your submitted source and to the obfuscated output. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process the submission solely to produce the output and to retain the output for your later download from the dashboard for up to 90 days.
The LionFuscator engine, website, brand, and protection techniques remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute the engine or the site’s code.
9. Abuse reports
If you believe an account or a specific output is being used in violation of these terms - for example, a stolen script obfuscated through us, or malware distributed with our protection - report it to [email protected] with enough detail to identify it (URL, filename, job ID, dates, evidence).
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state in which the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute must be brought in that jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service and in the changelog. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
